Meredith Savins is an experienced finance and governance professional with more than 25 years supporting community and not-for-profit organisations. She is dedicated to building transparent, inclusive and well-governed structures that empower people and strengthen collective impact.

Over her career, Meredith has served in multiple executive and board positions, contributing to governance reform, strategic planning, financial oversight and policy development. She has guided organisations through start-up and growth phases, helping establish clear processes, accountability frameworks and sustainable practices.

Meredith combines a deep understanding of organisational systems with a collaborative, empathetic leadership style. She values open communication, continuous learning and ensuring that governance remains practical and people-centred.

As a neurodivergent professional, Meredith is passionate about accessibility, authenticity and lived-experience leadership. She is strongly aligned with ASAN AUNZ’s mission to advance self-advocacy and inclusion, and brings a thoughtful, systems-minded perspective to the Board’s work in supporting neurodivergent communities and driving meaningful, lasting change.
