Deb believes that kindness, equity and fun are necessary components of successful organisations, and as an HR practitioner, strives to reduce roadblocks to people doing great work. She has a background in senior HR roles in both private and government organisations, and once did a master of law for fun.
Being late-diagnosed as AuDHD helped Deb understand that she wasn’t ‘just quirky’. She was trying to navigate a world that wasn’t designed for her brain type. She now combines that lived experience of masking in workplaces that weren’t designed for her with her qualifications in HR and employment law to help ASAN AUNZ build a workplace people want to work in.
Deb is an overuser of the exclamation mark, a coffee addict and a lover of all things bright pink!
