Claire has a bachelor of health science in nutrition and is currently completing postgraduate studies in autism at Griffith University. She has a background in administration, stakeholder and partnership coordination, practitioner education, and conference development and organisation.
Claire is an avid cook despite having many sensory and textural challenges with food! She also enjoys powerlifting and exercise in general, which she finds helps with emotional regulation.
Being late diagnosed AuDHD, Claire is still learning and processing how this has impacted her life and how things could have been different if she had this knowledge earlier on.
